Yes, we gladly accept out-of-town weddings! We enjoy shooting couples and wedding ceremonies in unusual locations. The photographs and videos become more interesting because of those special and unique settings out of town. Whether your wedding is a sunset ceremony at the beach, an early, foggy morning in the mountains, a sunny afternoon at a farm or an intimate evening at a garden, Cinematic Concepts captures the details that make the setting and your wedding unique from the rest.
For weddings that are within 3 hours of Metro Manila (such as Tagaytay, Batangas, Bulacan, Subic, Pampanga, etc.), the Cinematic Wedding Package is ALL IN, meaning inclusive of transportation, toll fees, etc.
If however, we are required to stay overnight the night before the wedding, or if the wedding is more than 3 hours from Manila (Baguio, Vigan, Cebu, Boracay, Batanes, etc) or if it is out of the country (Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, US, Europe, etc) which requires an overnight stay or more before the wedding, then the fee for our services is still the same, but the additional cost of transportation or airfare, transfers, accommodations and meals will be shouldered by the client.
2. How many photographers and videographers are there during the wedding? What is the total number of your crew?
We are a total of 5 team members, all of which shoot complimenting photos and video all throughout the wedding day. If the shoot will be out of the country, we understand that you might want to keep the number of crew members tight in order to keep your expenses within budget. We can arrange to have less crew, but it all depends on your requirements.
3. What album sizes do you have?
As of this time, the standard available sizes are 8x10 or 10x10 30-40 page leather bound album (included with the package) and an additional 5x7 20 page "photo highlight" album that can be either used as a guest book (prenup photos are used) or mini-wedding album instead.
Our album supplier comes up with new styles (materials) and sizes (panoramic or book type) almost every year, which means we could re-design the wedding album depending on current album trends and if these new designs fit the Client's taste.
Also, currently we offer to design & print the latest album design (U.S. materials) which is a 12x12 panoramic wedding album. Additional cost of only Php 5,000 to be settled COD upon delivery of the album to the Client.
4. For the On site video, is the projector and screen c/o the Client?
Yes, the projector and screen should be provided by the client. We recommend a fairly new projector with at least 2500 lumens. Cinematic Concepts will provide the laptop for playing the wedding AVP and the on site video or photo presentation.
5. For a pre-nup photo shoot or AVP, what are the costs?
We do not charge extra costs for the pre-nup photo shoot! This is already included in the 90K Package. :) If however, the shoot is out of town, the Client will shoulder the cost of transportation or airfare, transfers, accommodations and meals.
There are special requests however, to shoot pre-nup AVPs to be shown during the wedding reception. This is not included in the package but we are very willing to accommodate this request! Please check out, one of our favorite clients, Jaybee and Meloy, and their Davao Lovestory. Pre-nup AVPs are Php 15,000, with out-of-town costs to be shouldered by the client.
6. We are happy with your package and are ready to book!! What is the payment scheme?
Our policy is that Client should settle 50% upon booking and signing of our service agreement contract, except for weddings that are more than 12 months from the time of the booking. In these cases, we expect the 1st 1/3 during the contract signing, then the 2nd 1/3 6months before the wedding date. The remaining balance is to be settled during the wedding day.
7. We are based overseas! How do we hire you and avail of your services?
No worries! So far we have had little difficulty coordinating with our recent Clients from abroad. Here is a step-by-step guide of the process we usually have with Clients from abroad.
1) Inquiries regarding details of package and inclusions : This could be done on-line. This way we have a documented history of our progress and agreements on certain details and special inclusions or instructions that can be easily referenced by both sides (couple & Cinematic Concepts). 2) Booking: Our current company policy is 50% downpayment upon booking or reserving the wedding date. Usually, clients abroad would ask either a relative or close friend to meet with us here in Manila to forward the payment and to sign the contract on their behalf.
Another option is to "wire" the payment to our account. Then please send a scanned deposit slip immediately after depositing. We on the other hand, will be sending the soft copy of the contract.
For your convenience, we also accept the foreign currency equivalent of the agreed package price.
3) Pre-production meet: We usually ask our clients to meet with us 2-3 months before the wedding date in order to discuss any further changes or updates regarding the pre-nuptial photo shoot and the wedding day. If meeting 2-3 months before the wedding date is impossible (Client is still overseas), we can discuss the upcoming shoots via email.
4) Pre-nuptial photo shoot: this is usually done on a weekday, 1-2 months before the wedding. In case that the Client based overseas will only come home to the Philippines a few days before their wedding date, we will adjust to accommodate the Client's schedule.
5) Delivery of video and photo materials: On the wedding day, we can already deliver the treated high resolution prenuptial photos in CD and the High resolution cinematic On site wedding video coverage.
For the FINAL interactive wedding DVD and wedding ALBUM, we usually send this via parcel (fedex-DHL) for additional costs by the couple. We also had instances where a relative or friend from Manila who is scheduled to meet with the couple in the US would be the one to pick it up from our office instead.
