June 26, 2009 - Friday, the couple chose a good day to embark on a new journey in their lives. The preparation of Risa took place at Edsa Shangri-La Hotel while Francis prepared with his family at their home in Corinthian Village.
Risa wore this elegant and spectacular gown. One couldn't help but notice the uniqueness and delicate embroidery of this wedding dress. To match the dress, Risa wore an eye-catching necklace which hung down her back.
The next stop was at Francis' house where the team was warmly greeted by the Aguila family. Francis' Siblings were really cool to work with for the shoot - most especially the groom's dad!
In spite of being pressed for time, the team still managed to take awesome shots of the events that morning.
The wedding ceremony was held at Santuario de San Jose, North Greenhills. Outside, the church walls had a distinct light green color motif, which coincidentally was one of the colors the couple chose for their wedding theme that day.

The presiding priest Fr. Danny Montana, had a very unique way of executing the wedding rites. The couple were asked to face the guests while the wedding sponsors were facing them.
Everyone had to go along the stream of traffic in Edsa to go to Manila Polo Club for the after-wedding celebration. The Polo Club was the perfect venue for Risa's idea of having an elegant wedding reception.
The party went on... the team had a blast shooting these party pics.
