June 18, 2008 - Word Heritage City of Vigan, Ilocos Sur
Vigan City's tourist potential is based on its cultural heritage composed of more than 180++ ancestral houses, religious structures, public squares and other historical landmarks within the poblacion, and built during the 18th and 19th centuries. Being the only surviving colonial town in the entire Philippines, Vigan is being developed as a primary tourist and wedding destination of norther luzon.
The Cinematic Concepts team focused on bringing out the realism of the city's 19th century feel and while shooting the couple during their destination wedding. This creative direction is why we are unique and considered one of the top wedding coverage suppliers in Manila today.
We chose to go outside of town to shoot the couple's pre-nup photos the day before the wedding. Which eventually was added to their on the day wedding video shown at the reception held at the Vigan Hotel
Here are more wedding day photos the team conceptualized for the couple Pits & Michelle!
Michelle's preparation was at the Vigan Plaza Hotel.
After the wedding ceremonies at St. Paul's Cathedral, the Cinematic Team took the couple's wedding portraits on the famous Crisologo St., a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This antique bench is one of the many authentic early 1900's design benches found on Crisologo St.
