December 15, 2007 - Only 2 weeks before JM and Tina's wedding, the infamous uprising of rebel soldiers happened at The Manila Peninsula--JM and Tina's wedding preparation venue. The couple were very worried if the hotel would even open in time for their wedding day! Luckily, the hotel did resume operations in time for the couple's beautiful wedding. It was one of those weddings where everything fell into place. And because of this, JM and Tina's wedding is still one of the most memorable for the Cinematic Concepts team.
The Manila Peninsula Hotel revealed its newly refurbished main lobby. The atmosphere that morning seemed to be "business-as-usual" except for the fact that there was only one functioning main entrance door instead of two.
Tina's Bridal car was a vintage 1930's SS Jaguar Saloon. The Cinematic Team was able to photograph this vintage beauty along with the couple just in time for the famous sunset at Manila Bay.
The wedding reception was later held at the Manila Yacht Club. The Manila Yacht Club (MYC) is an exclusive "members-only" club and is one of the oldest yacht clubs in Asia (established in 1927).
